A Dutch poet and novelist; born in the second half of the eighteenth century. Her writings are: "The Country" (1792), prose and poetry; "For the Solitary" (1789); "Reinhart on Nature and Religion" (1793); "Elegies" (1794); "True Enjoyment of Life" (1796); "My Childhood's Tears" (1804), domestic tableaux; "Frederick Weit and his Children"; "On Society and Solitude" (1806); and "New Poems" (1807).
