A facial expression seen in the late stages of large ovarian tumors. It consists of an anxious, careworn look, the face is pale and shriveled, there being wrinkles in the cheeks which make it look longer, the nostrils are wide and thin, and the space between the eyelids and the bony margin of the orbits is sunken.
