An American journalist and novelist; born in Wabash County, Ind., 1854. He is proprietor, publisher, and editor of the Daily Globe, Atchison, Kan. He has written: "The Story of a Country Town" (1883), which attracted considerable attention; "The Mystery of the Locks"; "A Moonlight Boy"; "A Man Story"; "Lay Sermons".
