Cologne water. A celebrated perfume, so called from the place where it is made. The following is one formula: Oil of bergamot, Oil of lemon, Oil of Lavender, Oil of neroli, Oil of origanum, Oil of rosemary, Essence of vanilla, Musk, ten grains; Rectified spirit, Rosewater, Orange-flower water, Macerate for fourteen days, and filter.
